Needed Functionality:
Users need the ability to assign open and unassigned cases to users within their agency. Cases are sometimes open and unassigned due to conversion logic or system glitches.
Added Functionality: Agencies now have the ability to assign open and unassigned cases to supervisors.
Security User Group Needed: Administrative Case Assignment
Procedure:
Anytime a case from your agency is open and unassigned, a user with the Administrative Case Assignment security user group will have the option to assign the case.
1. Create Assignment button will appear in the Assignment Information field. You will need to click the Create Assignment button to assign the case.
2. Select the correct supervisor and date. Click Save and the case will be assigned.
