Users log in to Ohio SACWIS by way of their InfoSec IDs. This ID also allows you to find a user's access record.
Find an Ohio SACWIS user as follows:
Click the Administration tab at the top of the screen. The Staff screen appears.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Maintain User link in the menu on the left. The User Search screen appears.
Enter the user's InfoSec number in the InfoSec ID field.
A user has only one active InfoSec ID but may have more than one employee record in Ohio SACWIS, for example, if the user works for more than one agency. In this situation, each employee record is associated with the one InfoSec ID.
Click Search. The user records with that ID appear in the search results table.
The system retrieves employee records that are associated with this ID and any employee records that can be associated with the ID, that is, employee records with no assigned InfoSec IDs.
Click the View or Edit link for the worker to view the details of the worker's access rights.
Click Cancel. You are returned to the User Search screen.
