User groups are assigned to workers in order to give them access to specified functions in Ohio SACWIS. A worker cannot do anything in the system until he or she has been assigned at least one user group. The security profiles associated with a user group define the functions the worker has access to.
View the user groups to which a worker is assigned as follows:
Click the Administration tab at the top of the screen.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Assign User Groups link in the navigation bar on the left. The User Groups Search screen appears.
Complete the Agency and Last Name fields.
Click Search. The active workers associated with this agency appear in the search results table.
Click the edit link next to the worker whose record you want to view. The User Details screen appears. The groups to which the worker belongs appear in the User Groups area.
Click Cancel. You are returned to the User Groups Search screen.
