View A Child's Adoption Subsidy History (Adoption)

A child's eligibility for adoption subsidy is determined by a fiscal worker using the Financial area of Ohio SACWIS. The results of this determination, as well as a history of determinations, are then reflected on the child's adoption case.

Review a child's adoption subsidy history from the case record as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the case ID Number link for the adoption case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the View Member Details link in the Case Actions field. The system defaults to the Members tab; the Case Member Information screen appears.

5. Click the Adoption Subsidy link. The Adoption Subsidy Program screen appears. This screen lists the eligibility determinations and reviews. The View link allows you to open an eligibility record for viewing.

6. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Member Information screen.

7. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Overview screen.
