View a Child's Medicaid and HMO History (Adoption)

A child's eligibility for Medicaid is determined by a fiscal worker using the Financial area of Ohio SACWIS. This individual also records the child's enrollment in an HMO. This information is reflected on the child's adoption case.

View a child's Medicaid and HMO history as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the case ID Number link for the adoption case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the View Member Details link in the Case Actions field. The system defaults to the Members tab. The Case Member Information screen appears.

5. Click the Medicaid link. The Child Selection screen appears; listing Medicaid, MMIS, HMO Histories, Medicaid eligibility, as well as the child's record in MMIS and HMO enrollment history.

6. Click Close. You are returned to the Members tab; the Case Member Information screen

7. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Overview screen.
