A tickler report is one of the standard reports printed from the Administration tab. You can print a tickler report so that you have a paper reference of your ticklers or the ticklers of one of your staff members.
To view or print a tickler report, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen, click the Administration tab.
Click the Reports tab. The Report Search Criteria screen appears.
Choose Administration from the Report Category field drop down list.
Click the Search button. The Report Search Results section displays the standard reports that are available.
Locate the Display Tickers row.
Click the Report link (on the right) for Display Ticklers. The Report History screen appears displaying a history of each time this report was generated and saved to the Ohio SACWIS database.
To print an existing report, click the ID link for that report.
To print a new report, click the Generate Report button.
Complete the fields the fields on the Display Ticklers parameter screen. The following three fields are mandatory:
Agency
Agency Unit
Employee
Click the Generate Report button. The report appears in a PDF format.
To change the parameters, click the Review Parameters button. The parameter screen appears.
Repeat the steps above to complete the mandatory fields.
To print the report, select File and then Print in your browser menu. Or, click the Print icon.
To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left section of the screen. Or click the Cancel button if you do not want to save the report.
If you opened an existing report, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
The system does not save a report or document to the history in the Ohio SACWIS database until you instruct it to. This way, you can review the document for correctness and re-generate it if necessary before it is permanently saved.
