Foster Care Certificate Expires

When a foster care certificate is created and the certification expiration date is approved the provider certification screens.

Due 730 days past the certification effective date.  Displayed 120 days before date due.

When the status of the new certificate is created with a status of ”Recertified,” ”Revoked,” or ”Closed.”

The tickler can also be deleted when the current certificate has expired.

For licenses expired by batch, the ”Certificate About to Expire” batch will delete ticklers that were originally created to remind the worker to renew the certificate.

Adoptive/FC Home Study Due

When an initial home study is created and the provider type is ”Adoptive or Foster Care.”

Due 180 days after the start date of the home study.  Displayed 60 days before date due.

When the home study form is completed and approved.

ICPC Normal Home Study Due

When an initial home study is created with the priority value ”ICPC Normal.”

Due 30 days after the start date of the home study.  Displayed 15 days before date due.

When the home study form is completed and approved.

ICPC Regulation 7 Home Study Due

When an initial home study is created with the priority value ”ICPC Regulation 7.”

Due 20 days after the start date of the home study.  Displayed 10 Days before date due.

When the home study form is completed and approved.

Kinship Care Home Study Due

(Currently not a valid tickler since users don’t enter a home study into the system)

When an initial home study is created and the provider type is ”Kinship Care.”

Due 30 days after the start date of the home study.  Displayed 15 days before date due.
