Delete a Family Assessment

If a family assessment was created in error, you can delete the assessment as long as it is in "In Progress" status, as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Family Assessment link in the menu on the left. The Family Assessment Filter Criteria screen appears.

  5. Click the Delete link for the family assessment you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.

  6. Click the OK button. The system removes the participant from the assessment.

  7. Click the Save button. You are returned to the Family Assessment Filter Criteria screen.
