Delete a Participant from a Family Assessment

If a participant was linked to a family assessment in error, you can delete the participant by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Family Assessment link in the menu on the left. The Family Assessment Filter Criteria screen appears.

  5. Click the Edit link for the family assessment you want to update. The Participant Information screen appears.

  6. Click the Delete link for the child or adult participant you want to remove from the assessment. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.

  7. Click the OK button. The system removes the participant from the assessment.

    This does not, however, delete the participant's person profile in the system, only the association between the person and this family assessment.

  8. Click the Save button. You are returned to the Family Assessment Filter Criteria screen.
