Delete a Participant from a Specialized A/I

If a participant was added to the specialized A/I in error, you can delete the participant as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Specialized A/I Tool link in the menu on the left. The Specialized A/I Tool list screen appears.

  5. Click the Edit link for the specialized A/I you want to update. The Participant Information screen appears.

  6. Click the Delete link (on the right) for the child or adult participant you want to remove from the specialized A/I. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.

  7. Click the OK button. The participant is deleted. This does not delete the person profile, only the association between the person and this specialized A/I record.

  8. Click the Save button. You are returned to the Specialized A/I Tool screen.
