If a safety assessment was recorded in error, you can delete it if it is still in the "In Progress" status, as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the Case ID Number link for the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Safety Assessment link in the light-blue menu on the left. The Safety Assessment list screen appears.
Click the Delete link for the assessment record you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click the OK button. The assessment record is deleted.
