If an intake was linked to an ongoing A/I record in error, you can delete the association as long as the assessment is in "In Progress" status.
To delete the association, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID number of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Ongoing Case A/I link in the menu on the left. The Ongoing Case Assessment screen appears. The first grid lists the intake records that are currently associated with this assessment record.
Click the Delete link to the left of the agency name of the intake record you want to remove. The system removes the association between the intake record and this assessment.
