Link a Reunification Assessment from within the SAR

Process: [Case Review/SAR]

Link a reunification assessment to the Case Review/SAR as follows:

  1. From the Case Overview screen; select the Case Review/SAR link from the left hand navigation bar. The Case Review/SAR Filter Criteria screen appears.

  2. Click the Add Case Review/SAR button. The Identifying Information screen appears.

  3. Select the Case Review Type field. Select the Semiannual Administrative Review (that applies).

  4. Click on the Select Available Case Plans link. The Available Case Plans to be Reviewed appears defaulting to the most recent radio button selected.

  5. Select the box next to the approved available case plan if other than the default plan.

  6. Click OK. You are returned to the Identifying Information screen.

  7. Click Save. You are taken to the Case Review Topics screen.

  8. Select the Reunification Assessment link. The Reunification Assessment screen appears.

  9. Click the Link Reunification Assessment button. The Approved Reunification Assessments screen appears.

  10. Click in the box next to the reunification assessment to add to the SAR.

  11. Click Save. You are returned to the Reunification Assessment screen. The assessment selected appears with a View link and an Unlink link.

  12. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Review Topics. The Reunification Assessment topic status displays Provided.
