Print a Law Enforcement Document

A number of documents may be printed from the Intake List screen, including a Law Enforcement Notification or Law Enforcement Request for Assistance.

Print a law enforcement document as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Case ID Number link for the case for which you want to print the law enforcement document. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click Intake List in the navigation bar on the left.

  5. Click the Reports link next to the intake record. The Available Documents screen appears.

  6. In the Generate Document field, select Law Enforcement Notification or Law Enforcement Request for Assistance. The Document History screen appears.

  7. Click Generate Report for a new document, or click the ID Number link of an existing document. The document appears in a PDF.

  8. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  9. To save this document to the history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen. Or click Cancel if you do not wish to save the document.

    If you opened an existing document file, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
