Print a Safety Assessment Report

To print the safety assessment report, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Safety Assessment link in the menu on the left. The Safety Assessment list screen appears.

  5. Click the Report link for the safety assessment you want to print. The Document Details screen appears displaying any previously saved reports.

  6. To print an existing report, click the appropriate ID link. The report appears in a PDF file. Go to step about selecting File below.

  7. To print a new report, click Generate Report. The JFS 01401 Safety Assessment parameter screen appears.

  8. Complete the Caseworker field.

  9. Click Generate Report. The report appears in a PDF.

  10. To select another caseworker, click Review Parameters. The parameter screen appears. Repeat the two steps above by clicking the Generate Report button.

  11. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  12. To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen.

  13. Or click the Cancel button if you do not want to save the report.

    If you opened an existing report, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
