To print an ongoing case assessment/investigation, complete the steps as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the Case ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Ongoing Case A/I in the light-blue menu on the left. The Ongoing Case Assessment screen appears. It lists any ongoing A/Is that have been recorded on this case.
Click the Report link for the safety assessment you want to print. The Document Details screen appears. It displays any previously saved reports.
To print an existing report, click the ID link. The report appears in a PDF. Go to the "print the report" step below.
For a new report, click the Generate Report button. The JFS 01402 - Ongoing Case Assessment parameter screen appears.
Complete the Caseworker field.
Click the Generate Report button. The report appears in a PDF.
To select another caseworker, click Review Parameters. The parameter screen appears. Repeat steps 8 and 9.
To save the report to the report history in the Ohio SACWIS database, click the Save button in the lower-left portion of the screen.
To print the report, click the Print icon in the PDF tool bar. Do not use the printing function on your browser tool bar or menu.
Click the Save icon on the PDF tool bar if you want to save it for your own use and not to the history in Ohio SACWIS.
