View a History of Law Enforcement Involvement

A worker may request law enforcement support when the nature of situation, agency procedures, or OAC rules warrant.

View a history of law enforcement involvement:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Case ID Number link of the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Law Enforcement link in the navigation bar on the left. The Law Enforcement Involvement History screen appears. It lists the IDs of the intakes associated with this case along with a summary of law enforcement involvement for each intake.

  5. Click the Edit or View link for an intake to view more details. The Law Enforcement Involvement Details screen appears. It displays the names of the officers who responded and the results of the call.

  6. Click Cancel. You are returned to the Law Enforcement Involvement History screen.
