An ongoing assessment/investigation (A/I) is completed when the agency receives a subsequent report with category of CA/N, family in need of services ("Stranger Danger" type), or dependency after the family assessment was completed on an open case. To view an ongoing A/I record, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the Case ID number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Ongoing Case A/I in the menu on the left. The Ongoing Case Assessment screen appears. It lists any ongoing A/Is that have been recorded on this case.
Click the Edit link next to the ID number of the ongoing A/I you want to view. The Participant Information screen appears.
Click the tabs along the top of the screen to see various sections of the assessment.
Click Cancel to return to the Ongoing Case Assessment screen.
