Findings and dispositions are recorded to document the outcome of an assessment. They are recorded on intakes of categories CA/N and family in need of services ("Stranger Danger" type). A report disposition is recorded for each allegation in the intake. (See About intake dispositions.)
View intake assessment findings and disposition as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the Case ID Number link for the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Intake List link in the navigation bar on the left. The Current Case Episode Intake List screen appears. It displays the intake records that are associated with this case.
Click the Record Disposition(s) button. The Intake Dispositions screen appears. It lists the intake records on which report dispositions need to be entered. Click Close. You are returned to the Current Case Episode Intake List screen.
Click the Change Disposition(s) button. The Intake Dispositions screen appears.
Click the Edit link for the intake you want to change. The Allegation Details screen appears, defaulting to the Disposition Information tab. It lists the alleged child victim(s) and alleged perpetrators, the disposition status, and a summary of harm.
Click the Contributing Factors tab. The Contributing Factors screen appears. The items that are checked indicate the factors that apply to this intake.
Click Close. The Intake Dispositions screen appears.
Click Close. You are returned to the Current Case Episode Intake List screen.
