A supervisor reviews a worker's assignment and management of a case and records the results of this review in the case conference notes. These reviews ensure the adequate provision of case services. (They are not intended to document any human resource or personnel issues.)
Once the notes record is in "Completed" status, you can enter addenda to the record, but you cannot delete or update the original record. Instead, you can add an addendum, or amend, the notes record.
Amend a case conferences notes record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
If you are a supervisor, open the case listing of the worker, then click the ID Number link of the case. If you are a worker, click the ID number link of the case. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Case Conference Note link in the navigation bar on the left. The Case Conference Note Filter Criteria screen appears. The case conference notes that been recorded for this case appear in the table in the bottom section of the screen. The status of the notes record appears in the far left column.
To limit the display of
notes records, enter filter criteria, then click Filter.
For example, you can display notes recorded within a certain date range,
of a certain category, or by a certain worker.
Click the edit link next to the category of the notes record you want to open. The Case Conference Notes Detail screen appears.
Click Insert Addendum. The Addendum Details screen appears.
Enter the narrative in the Addendum field.
Click Save. You are returned to the Case Conference Notes Details screen.
Click Save. You are returned to the Case Conference Note Filter Criteria screen.
