Close an Interstate Compact

You can close an Interstate Compact that is in "Active" status.

Close an interstate compact as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the case ID Number link for the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the ICPC/ICAMA link in the navigation bar on the left. The ICPC/ICAMA List screen appears. It displays each ICPC/ICAMA record on the case.

5. Click the Edit link next to the record you want to close. The system defaults to the Child Info tab.

6. Click on the Request Info tab. The Initial Request Documentation screen appears.

7. The Status field is toward the bottom of the screen. Select Close. The system defaults to today's date. Enter the accurate date if different.

8. Select the Closing Reason from the drop down.

9. Click Save. The ICPC/ICAMA List screen appears.
