Delete a Case Review/SAR

If you created a case review or semiannual review (SAR) record in error, you can delete it as along as it is in "In Progress" status.

Delete a case review/SAR as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Case Review/SAR link in the navigation bar on the left. Case Review/SAR Filter Criteria screen appears.

  5. Click the Delete link for the record you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.

  6. Click OK. The system removes the case review/SAR record from the database.
