If a casework activity record was added to a log in error, you can delete the record, as long as it is still in "Draft" status. This ensures the integrity of the casework activity log.
Delete a casework activity record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Activity Log in the navigation bar on the left. The Activity Log Filter Criteria screen appears. The top portion of the screen allows you to define the criteria for displaying the list of activity log items that have been recorded on this case. The items are listed in the table below.
Select the criteria by which you want to filter the list of activity log items.
For example; items entered within a certain date range, related to a certain intake, concerning a certain participant, entered by a certain worker, of a certain status, and so on.
Click Filter. The activity log items that meet your criteria appear in the Activity Log table below.
Click the Edit link next to the date of the draft activity item you want to delete. The Activity Details screen appears.
Review the details to make sure this is the record you intend to delete.
If so, at the bottom of the screen; click Delete. A dialog box appears, asking you to confirm the request.
Click OK. The record is deleted and you are returned to the Activity Log Filter Criteria screen.
