If a child or adult was added to an ongoing A/I record in error, you can delete the association as long as the assessment is in "In Progress" status.
To delete the participant, complete the following steps:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Ongoing Case A/I link in the menu on the left. The Ongoing Case Assessment screen appears.
Click the Edit link. The second and third grids list the children and adults who are currently associated with this assessment record.
Click the Delete link (to the right of the Gender field) for the participant you want to remove. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click the OK button. The system removes the participant from this assessment.
