If a person was identified as a participant in a reunification assessment in error, you can delete this person as long as the assessment is in "In Progress" status. A reunification must have at least one child and one adult participant.
Delete a participant from a reunification assessment as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the case ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Reunification Assessment link in the navigation bar on the left. The Reunification Assessment(s) screen appears. It lists the assessment records that have been recorded for each child in the case.
Click the Delete link next to the visitation that is "In Progress" status. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click OK. The visitation is deleted.
