Delete an AR family service review

If you created an alternative response (AR) service review record in error, you can delete it as along as it is in "In Progress" status.

Delete an AR family service review as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the AR Family Service Review link in the navigation bar on the left. The AR Family Service Review Filter Criteria screen appears.

5. Click the Delete link for the record you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.

6. Click OK. The system removes the AR family service review record from the database.
