Mark a Credit Report as Created in Error

Once a credit report is saved, it cannot be deleted. To remove the credit report, you will save it as created in error. Once a credit report is saved as created in error the system will not display the record in the list. To view credit reports created in error, go to step 7 below.

Remove the credit report from the independent living plan as follows:  

  1. From the Case Overview screen appears, select the Independent Living link in the navigation bar on the left. The Independent Living Filter Criteria screen appears.

  2. Click on the Credit Reports tab next to the Independent Living tab. The Credit Reporting Filter Criteria screen appears.

  3. From the Credit Reporting Records section, click the Edit link next to the credit report you want to mark as created in error.  The Credit Reporting Details screen appears.

  4. In the Comments field, enter comments.

  5. At the bottom of the screen, click in the box next to Created in Error.

  6. Click Save. You are returned to the Credit Reporting Filter Criteria screen.

  7. To view the created report created in error, from the filter criteria section at the top of the screen, click the box next to Created in Error.

  8. Click Filter. The record displays in the Credit Reporting Records section with a created in error badge.
