Print a Casework Activity Log

Casework activities are documented to ensure that the system reflects a permanent record of all services and contact with a family case. You can print a casework activity log when you need a hardcopy of the log, for example, for discovery, supervisor review, court, or so on.

You can print a report of all activity records, or print a single activity record. In either case, the system includes all information in the activity record, including the complete narrative(s)
 

Print a casework activity log or activity record as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Case ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click Activity Log in the navigation bar on the left. The Activity Log Filter Criteria screen appears.

  5. Click the Report link for the activity you want to print. The Document Details screen appears. This screen displays each time the activity report was saved to the Ohio SACWIS database.

  6. If a report was saved to SACWIS database; click the ID Number link.

    For a new report, click Generate Report. The activity log report is displayed in a PDF.

  7. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  8. To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen.

    If you opened an existing report, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
