Print a Reunification Assessment Report

You can print a hard copy of the reunification assessment when you need it, for example, to take to court or for a meeting with parents or others involved with the case. If you print the assessment before it is approved, the notation "Draft" appears on the printout.

Print a reunification assessment report as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the case ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Reunification Assessment link in the navigation bar on the left. The Reunification Assessment(s) screen appears. It lists the assessment records that have been recorded for each child in the case.

  5. Click the Reports link next to the name of the child whose reunification assessment you want to print. The report is printed on your local network printer. The Document Details screen appears. It displays any reports saved previously.

  6. To print an existing report, click the ID link. The report appears in a PDF. Go to step 10.

    For a new report, click Generate Report.

  7. Complete the fields on this screen to define the parameters.

  8. Click Generate Report. The report appears in a PDF.

  9. To change the parameters you used, click Review Parameters. The parameter screen appears. Repeat steps 7 and 8.

  10. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  11. To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen. Or click Cancel if you do not want to save the report.

    If you opened an existing report, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
