A case service review ensures that the most beneficial services are being provided to the family or a participant. This review also captures the progress of services toward reducing risk and identifies barriers to the provision of services and reduction of risk. A service can be reviewed informally at any time but is formally completed during the case review process. Service reviews are recorded for services assigned to individual case members.
Service review records can be edited or deleted only when today's date is no more than four days past the review date on the record.
