Similar to a case review/SAR, the alternative response, (AR) family service plan is recorded to document details about the family, concerns, strengths, and services. The AR family service review provides the opportunity to record details on how/if the AR family service plan is helping the family.
An AR family service plan must be completed and approved prior to recording the AR family service review. (See Record or edit AR family service plan)
This screen allows you to select the type of the review this is, identify the AR family service plan it's attached to, and review the AR participants.
The AR family service review is linked to the AR family service plan in order to review the impact services are having on addressing safety threats, emerging danger, risk, permanency, and child well-being.
Record AR family service review as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the AR Family Service Review link in the navigation bar on the left. The AR Family Service Review Filter Criteria screen appears.
Click the Add AR
Family Service Review button. The Identifying
Information screen appears.
The family service plan must be linked to the most current, approved
family service plan. When there are two court-ordered approved case
plans (for example, one for each parent), select the family service
plan this review is addressing.
