You can unlink a provider who was selected and linked to a placement record in error, as long as the placement record is in "Draft" status. It's important to ensure that the correct provider is linked to the child’s placement record. (See Record Placement Information.)
Unlink a provider from a placement record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the case ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Placement link in the navigation bar on the left. The Placement Records Filter Criteria screen appears. It displays any placements recorded for the children on this case.
Click the Edit link next to the name of the child whose placement record you want to update. The Service Information screen appears. The Provider Information table displays the providers who are currently linked to the placement record.
Click the Unlink link to the right of the relationship column of the provider you want to unlink.
If necessary, update the selections in the Service Category, Service Type fields, and Non-Conforming Placement fields.
Click Save. You are returned to the Placement Records Filter Criteria screen.
