Unlink Caregiver Services from a Case Plan

Caregiver services are recorded as part of the case plan topics. If caregiver services were linked to the case plan in error, you can unlink them as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number of the case for which you want to add a case plan. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Case Plan link in the navigation bar on the left. The Case Plan Filter Criteria screen appears. It displays any case plans recorded on this case.

  5. Click the Edit link for the case plan record you want to update. The Case Plan Topics screen appears.

  6. Click the Caregiver Services link. The Service(s) Details screen appears.

  7. Click the Unlink link for the service you want to remove from this case plan.

  8. Click Save. You are returned to the Case Plan Topics screen.

  9. Click Save. You are returned to the Case Plan Filter Criteria screen.
