View a Visitation Plan

A visitation plan is recorded for any child for whom the agency maintains custodial rights. Not only does the visitation plan meet State mandates, it also allows the agency to monitor the interactions between the child and his or her biological family and other participants.

View a visitation plan as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

3. Click the case ID Number of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

4. Click the Visitation Plan link in the navigation bar on the left. The Visitation Plans Filter Criteria screen appears.

5. Click the View link next to the name of the child whose plan you want to view. The Visitation Plans Details screen appears. It lists the people this child may visit, how often, where, and so on.

6. Click Close to return to the Visitation Plans Filter Criteria screen.
