Workers on the case may view only the notes records with which they are associated.

The assigned supervisor, or anyone above in the agency's hierarchy, may view all of the notes on a given case.

If a case is assigned to more than one PCSA, the supervisors from the assigned PCSAs can view all the case conference notes for that Case.
