This screen allows you to restrict the intake or case record you selected. Select the Restricted check box to restrict the case.
An intake may be restricted by the screening decision maker who recorded the screening decision or by this person's supervisor. A case may be restricted by the assigned screening decision maker or supervisor. A restricted intake or case appears in search results; however, the details are visible only to the assigned workers. If an intake or case was restricted in error, it can be corrected by the agency security administrator.
The restricted check is not available if your profile does not provide you access to the intake or case record you selected. If the intake or case is already restricted, the check box is selected and the Restriction Date and Restricted By fields are displayed. If the intake or case you selected is already restricted and you do not have system administration rights, the restricted check box is not displayed.
