Additional details (case plan)

This screen allows you to view, add, or update information about court filings, as well as case plan signatures. After a case plan has been approved, the system allows you to record the receipt of a journalized entry from the court stating the approval or rejection of the submitted case plan. The court's approval indicates that the case plan is a court-ordered document.

The Edit link allows you to update the signature record for the participant. The Delete link allows you to delete a signature record for a participant who has not signed the case plan. The Add Signatures button allows you to record participant's signature and other information.
