Case analysis screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a case analysis, which summarizes the need for agency involvement, as described in the case plan.

The Validate for Approval button instructs the system to check that all fields required for approval have been completed. The Process for Approval button routes the case review for approval.

Fields on this screen

Agency Involvement	Select the level of your agency's involvement in supporting this family.
Reason for Termination	If this field is enabled, select the reason why the case is being terminated.
(check boxes)	Select each check box that further describes the level of involvement or termination reason.
Describe the reasons for the case status selected above....	Enter a description that addresses the points listed in the instructions above the narrative field. You can enter up to 2,000 characters. This field is required.
Case Review Completed Date	Enter the date on which you completed this case review. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
SAR Held with Family Date	Enter the date on which you held a semiannual review (SAR) with the family. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Will the case plan be amended as a result of this review?	Select Yes or No to answer this question. This field is required.
Do you need to complete a reunification assessment?	Select Yes or No to answer this question. This field is required.
