Safety and appropriateness of current placement details screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update descriptions of the current placement. The semiannual review (SAR) includes descriptions of the child's safety, how appropriate the child’s current placement is, and how the placement is meeting the child’s basic and special needs. Further, the review indicates whether substitute care, protective supervision, or in-home supportive services need to be continued or terminated.

The out-of-home placement, protective supervision...	Enter a detailed explanation of why the child should or should not remain in the current placement setting. You can enter up to 2,000 characters. This field is required.
Was the review conducted?	Select Yes or No to indicate whether an annual visit was made to the placement setting. This field is required.
Date Visit was Conducted	If you selected Yes in the previous field, enter the date on which this visit was made. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
