Permanency goals (case review/SAR)

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the permanency goals for each child participant in the review. The semiannual review (SAR) requires you to indicate whether each child’s current permanency goal needs to be amended. If so, you update relevant dates for achieving the permanency goal stated in the case plan. The Edit link opens a screen that displays the narrative details.
