Adoption subsidy disbursements

Agency

To view disbursements for a certain agency, select the agency.

Person ID

To view disbursements for a particular child, click Search, then locate and select the child.

Expedite Status

To view disbursements by expedite status, select the status.

 The system assigns "Awaiting Disbursement Process" when a replacement record is generated in the State payment table because of a failed EFT or warrant.

The status "Awaiting Expedite Process" applies to warrants included in that day's reimbursement extract file sent to the Auditor's Office.

Warrant Month/Year

To view disbursements in a particular month, enter the month. Use the format MM/YYYY.

Warrant No.

To view a particular warrant, enter the warrant number.

Warrant Status

To view disbursements of a particular status, select the status.

Provider Id

To view disbursements for a particular provider, enter the provider's ID number.

Payment Start Date

To view disbursements since a certain date, enter the date. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Payment End Date

To view disbursements up to a certain date, enter the date. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
