Income and resource summary worksheet screen

This screen allows you to view or verify a summary of the family's resources and expenses. When you click Search, the system collects this summary for the person selected in the SFU Member field.

You can instruct the system not to include a resource or expense, for example, if the same resource (like a checking account) is documented twice, on the person profile of two case members.

You must indicate that you have verified the financial records of each SFU member.

Fields on this screen

SFU Member	Select the name of the case member whose resource and expense information are being used to determine the child's eligibility. This field is required.
Eligibility Month/Year	Enter the month and year for which you want to collect a summary of resource and expense information. Use the format MM/YYYY.
Do Not Include	Select this check box if you do not want to the system to include the resource or expense in its eligibility determination. You would do this when a resource or expense is documented twice, on the person profiles of two or more SFU members.
Verified	Select the check box when you have verified the summary of expense or resource information for the SFU member selected above. You must verify these details for each SFU member for whom these details were recorded.
