Agency functions details

This screen allows the state administrator to add or edit agency functions and if the function is temporary or permanent. The agency functions can only be added or edited if the agency certification record is in "pending"status. An agency may have only one pending certification record in effect at a time.

Functions to be Certified	Select the function for which the agency has requested certification. This field is required.
License Types	Select the type of license this agency will have. This field is required.
Level of Care (check boxes)	If the agency's function is to act as a representative of ODJFS in recommending the foster home for certification, select the check boxes that apply.
