The services offered through an agency are established in the Financial area for selection on case records. These include no-cost and standardized services.
View the services an agency provides or administers as follows:
Click the Financial tab at the top of the screen.
Click the Services tab.
Click the Maintain Service link in the navigation bar on the left. The Agency Services Search Criteria screen appears.
Select Service Category. Select Service Type.
Click Search. The Agency Services Search Results table appears displaying services associated with service category and type.
If your service and type do not appear; from the drop down fields at the bottom of the screen, select Service Category and Service Type.
Click Add Service. The Agency Services Details screen appears.
Enter the details of the service in the Service Description and Service Long Description fields. Complete all other applicable fields.
Click Add Service Cost. The Standardized Cost Details screen appears.
Today's date auto-populates. If applicable, change the service Effective Date in the Effective Date field. Select Unit of Measure. Enter Cost in the Standardized Cost field.
Click Add Cost Factor. The Cost Factors Details screen appears.
Enter Additional Cost Factors. Click Calculate. Click Save. You are returned to the Standardized Cost Details screen.
Click Save. You are returned to the Agency Services Details screen. The service and additional cost factors populate in the Maintain Service Costs table.
Click Save. You are returned to the Agency Services Search Criteria screen.
