Create a Payment Requests Roster

A payment requests roster organizes payment requests ready for payment. At the highest level, rosters are organized according to the fiscal worker. Beyond that level, the system gives you a great deal of flexibility in organizing rosters. For example, you might want to group foster care miscellaneous services along with regular foster care payments to make it easy to view all activity for a particular provider. You can add or remove payment requests from the roster.

Create a payment requests roster as follows:

  1. Click the Financial tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the Payment tab.

  3. Click the Payment Requests Search link in the left navigation bar. The Payment Requests Search Criteria screen appears. This screen allows you to select the criteria of payment requests to include in a roster.

  4. Complete the Search Criteria fields. Requests can be filtered various ways including by person, provider, service auth type, contract number, service category, etc.  

  5. Click Search. The Payment Requests Search Results table appears.

  6. Review the list of payment request records. (If the list is not what you expected, you can narrow the search criteria and click Search again.)

  7. In the Options field, select Create Roster. Click Go. The Create Roster screen appears.  

  8. Click Select Category or enter Roster Category and Roster Name. You can see existing rosters in use by referring to the Roster Names In Use list.

  9. Click Save. You are returned to the Payment Requests Search Criteria screen.
