Delete a Statewide Service Ceiling

If a service ceiling was entered in error, you can delete it as follows:

1. Click the Financial tab at the top of the screen.

2. Click the Service tab.

3. Click the Statewide Ceilings link in the navigation bar on the left.  The Statewide Service Ceilings screen appears. It lists the ceilings in effect for services statewide.

4. To limit the display, complete the Service Group/Category field. Click Current Year or All Years, then click Filter. The ceilings that meet your criteria appear in the table.

5. Click Set Ceilings. The Statewide Service Ceilings screen appears.

6. Click the Delete link next to the ceiling you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.

7. Click OK. The ceiling record is deleted.

8. Click Save. You are returned to the Statewide Service Ceilings screen.
