Record an Agency's No-Cost Services

The services offered through an agency are established in the Financial area for selection on case records.

Some of the agency's services are provided at no cost, for example, case management supportive services, counseling provided by the agency, life skills, and so on. These services are set up in the Financial area, then selected on the case plan.

Record an agency's no-cost services as follows:

  1. Click the Financial tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the Services tab.

  3. Click the Maintain Services link in the menu on the left. The Agency Services Search Criteria screen appears.

  4. Click in Service Category field; select Service Category.

  5. Click in Service Type field, select Service Type.

  6. Click Search. The Agency Services Search Results table appears.

  7. Click in Service Category field. Select Service Category for which you want to record a no-cost service.

  8. Click in Service Type field. Select Service Type for which you want to record a no-cost service.

  9. Click Add Service. The Agency Services Details screen appears.

  10. Complete the fields on this screen. You must complete at least the Service Description and Service Long Description. Both of these descriptions must be unique within your agency.

  11. Select Unpaid Service box.

  12. Click Save. You are returned to the Agency Services Search Criteria screen appears.
