Record Statewide Service Ceilings

As the State IV-E administrator, you establish ceilings for public and private foster homes. This ceiling is the maximum amount the State will reimburse a county agency for a given service. Each year you collect the minimum and maximum agency rates of all counties, then compute ceilings based on the statewide minimum and maximum amounts are established from a statewide survey.  The least amount paid statewide is the minimum.  The highest amount is the maximum.  This may change on an annual basis. You enter the results of your calculations into Ohio SACWIS.

The system allows you to add a new ceiling and record the annual updates to the ceilings already in the system.
