View a Payment Requests Roster

A payment requests roster organizes payment requests for payment. These groupings are organized according to your agencies practices.

View a payment requests roster as follows:

  1. Click Financial tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Click Payment tab.

  3. Click the Payment Requests Roster link in the navigation bar on the left. The Payment Requests Roster Search Criteria screen appears.

  4. Select the radio button for Non-Approved Rosters Only or Approved Rosters Only enter the month and year in the Roster Approval Date (MM/YYYY) field.

  5. Click Filter Worker.

  6. Select Worker and Roster Name.

  7. Click Search. The Payment Requests Roster Search Results table appears with the payment requests associated with the roster.

  8. Click the + next to the payment record to see additional details. A line appears with provider and vendor information. Click the Provider link. You are taken to Provider Overview screen. Click Close. You are returned to Payment Requests Roster Search Criteria screen.

  9. You can click the View link to see additional details pertaining to the payment request. For manual payment requests; you are taken to the Payment Request Information screen. Click Close.

  10. You can click the Person link. You are taken to the child's Person Profile screen. Click Cancel. You are returned to the Payment Requests Search Criteria screen.
