Find an Agency

All agencies that operate in the State are listed in Ohio SACWIS. You can view a directory of agencies in a statewide listing or by county.

Find an agency as follows:

1. Click the Agency Search footer link. The Agency Search Criteria screen appears, defaulting to the Agency Search tab.

2. Click in the County field. Select the county from the list to view the agencies in that county.

3. Click the Search button. The Agency Search Results table appears with agency address, contacts, and personnel results.

4. Click Agency Index tab to search all public and private agencies within SACWIS. The Agency Details screen appears with the option to search alphabetically.

5. Select the Letter link to see agencies whose names begins with the letter you selected.

6. Click on the Results Page numerical link at the bottom of the results table to view all the agencies within SACWIS that begins with the letter you selected.

7. Click Home or any other header tab to continue your work.
